T'ai Chi for
SENIORS

Anahata Yoga Center (AYC) is pleased to offer a T'ai Chi class for people age 50 and over.  This class introduces a special form of T'ai Chi that improves balance and coordination among older adults.  Classes are taught by Sheila Conrad, the T'ai Chi teacher at Anahata Yoga Center.

Make-up Class policy

Missed classes may be made up at any time during the session. You may also make up a class in advance of an anticipated absence. You must make-up your regular class in a class of the same level or lower than your own. Please contact us at info@williamsburgyoga.com to be sure that space is available in the class that you plan to attend. MISSED CLASSES CANNOT BE CARRIED INTO THE NEXT SESSION.
