Anahata Yoga Center (AYC) is pleased to offer a T'ai Chi class for people age 50 and over. This class introduces a special form of T'ai Chi that improves balance and coordination among older adults. Classes are taught by Sheila Conrad, the T'ai Chi teacher at Anahata Yoga Center.

Missed classes may be made up at any time during the session. You may also make up a class in advance of an anticipated absence. You must make-up your regular class in a class of the same level or lower than your own.
