This 8-week course introduces yoga as a way to discover and validate your own wisdom for meeting the challenge of labor and birth. New mothers-to-be are welcome to join at any time! Our prenatal yoga community evolves as students give birth and new mothers-to-be join. Each week's course content is tailored to the needs of participants. You'll learn simple poses, stretches and mindfulness to manage fears and cope with pain. Tap the physical, emotional and spiritual resources you’ll need for labor and delivery. Stay fit too! No prior yoga experience necessary.

A great way for pregnant women to have fun and stay in shape! Strengthens the low back and pelvic muscles. Keeps abdomen and leg muscles strong. Great preparation for labor and rocking babies.
