An Ashtanga Weekend with David Garrigues
Friday, November 14 - Sunday, November 16, 2008

Pattabhi Jois.  His approach to Ashtanga Yoga is highly accessible and personal, and his classes reflect Guruji's tireless dedication and love. David's teaching is also influenced by his studies with Aadil Palkhivala, Ramanand Patel and Richard Freeman.
